Our version of an Egyptian spice & nut blend eaten traditionally as an accompaniment to freshly baked bread and olive oil. It's perfect as a seasoning for salads, sprinkled on dips like labneh & hummous, for seasoning veggies, salads and meat. Our favourite way to eat it is sprinkled generously on a slice of our seeded sourdough, topped with smashed avocado and a poached egg.
