Kashmiri Chilli Harissa

Our version of a hot chilli paste originating from Tunisia made using ruby red, smoky Kashmiri chillies. It’s perfect as a dip to fresh sourdough or focaccia or as a marinade for veggies and meat. Our favourite way to eat it is generously lathered on a slice of our Kenyan classic sourdough, topped with smashed avocado and our cashew dukkah.

Ingredients: kashmiri chillies, red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, lemon, garlic, smoked paprika, caraway, cumin, coriander seeds
