Our olive oil loaf was in fact an accidental discovery when we baked some extra focaccia dough as a loaf. It was so delicious and light, we decided we had to have it on our menu! Extra virgin olive oil and a small sprinkle of yeast gives this loaf a soft, creamy crumb with all the goodness of a usual sourdough loaf! It's perfect for sandwiches and an easy everyday loaf to eat for breakfast. Like our 100% sourdough breads, these loaves undergo a slow 24hr fermentation to produce a bread with a delicious light crumb and a mild tangy flavour.

Ingredients: wheat flour, red sorghum, olive oil, sea salt, yeast, water
