Our red sorghum sourdough; made using locally sourced wheat and red sorghum flour has a dark caramel crust and caramel-hued and airy crumb. Our red sorghum loaves undergo a slow 24hr fermentation to produce a bread with a delicious malty crumb and a tangy flavour.

Ingredients: wheat flour, red sorghum, sea salt, water
