Green Olive & Za'atar Focaccia

A floral and tangy focaccia; made using locally sourced wheat, red sorghum flour and extra virgin olive oil has a mix of levain and yeast topped with za'atar and juicy green olives. Our focaccia doughs undergo a slow 24hr ferment to produce a super light and creamy crumb. Perfect as a sandwich bread or eaten on its own with salad or fresh pasta. One slice can easily feed 4.
