Our seeded sourdough and best-selling loaf; made using locally sourced wheat, red millet flour, locally sourced seeds and sugarcane jaggery has a dark caramel crust speckled with toasted sesame seeds. Our seeded loaves undergo a slow 24hr fermentation to produce a bread with a delicious malty, textured crumb and a deep nutty flavour.
