EXPRESS SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully before placing an Express Service order.
Product & Quantity Eligibility
I understand that Express Service is only available for selected products, print specifications, and order quantities. Eligibility will be reviewed after submission and communicated by TL Design & Prints.
Print-Ready Artwork Requirement
I understand that print-ready artwork/files are required for Express Service orders. Files should be correctly designed, finalized, and ready for production. Extensive design revisions, artwork creation, or prolonged approval processes may affect eligibility for Express Service
Artwork Accuracy Responsibility
I understand that I (Customer) am responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dimensions, and other details before production. TL Design & Prints will not be responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork.
Express Timeline Commencement
I understand that the Express Service timeline begins only after payment has been confirmed, all required files have been submitted, and all necessary order information has been provided.
Customer Responsiveness Requirement
I understand that I am required to remain actively responsive throughout the production process.
Delayed responses, missed calls, late approvals, or delayed confirmations may affect the agreed turnaround time.
Delays Caused by Customer Actions
I understand that TL Design & Prints will not be held responsible for delays resulting from slow customer responses, delayed approvals, incomplete information, or failure to provide required files on time.
Cancellation Due to Communication Delays
I understand that if communication becomes significantly delayed and affects the feasibility of the Express Service timeline, TL Design & Prints reserves the right to cancel the Express Service request and issue a refund where applicable.
Production Time vs Delivery Time
I understand that Express Service covers production time only and does not include delivery/transit time. Delivery timelines are determined by the selected logistics provider. To avoid delays in dispatch, delivery fees must be paid when booking an Express Service order.
Estimated Delivery Dates
I understand that delivery dates provided are estimates and may be affected by factors outside the control of TL Design & Prints, including logistics provider operations, weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Working Days Definition
I understand that working days exclude weekends (Saturday/Sunday), public holidays, and any officially announced non-working days.
Third-Party Recipient Responsibility
If my order is being received by a third party, I agree to notify the recipient in advance and ensure they are available to receive the package. TL Design & Prints will not be responsible for delays caused by an unavailable recipient or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Express Service Fee Policy
I understand that Express Service fees are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Agreement Confirmation
By proceeding with payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all Express Service Terms & Conditions.
