Reservation and Inquiries If you wish to use our catering services, please make a reservation and provide detailed inquiries at least 2 weeks in advance. This ensures prompt responses and allows us to offer more meticulous service. Menu and Dish Changes In the event of changes in your event schedule or special requests, please notify us at least 1 week in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, for urgent requests on the day of the event, we will be flexible in addressing them. Adjustments in Quantity and Attendees If there are changes in the final number of attendees or food quantity, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. Payment and Cancellation Policy A deposit may be required for catering services. Payment and cancellation policies are specified in the detailed contract, so please review and agree to them. Event Venue and Environment To ensure the best food experience, provide advance information about the event venue and its surroundings. If facilities such as electricity or water are needed, discuss these requirements in advance. Safety and Hygiene We prioritize safety and hygiene.
