At Sweet Kreations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure all orders. This ensures your date and custom design are reserved exclusively for you.
Once your order has been collected, full responsibility is transferred to the client. Sweet Kreations is not liable for any damage that may occur after pickup.
Should you need to cancel your order, your payment may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future booking. This credit is non-transferable and must be used within an agreed timeframe.
Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the loss of all payments made.
