The Snake of Muğla eggplant is a rare, heirloom variety of eggplant that originated in the city of Muğla, Turkey. It produces long, dark purple fruits that can grow up to 40 cm in length and curl at the blossom end. The flesh is white, tender, and sweet, with little to no bitterness or seeds.
