Guavas originated from an area thought to extend from Mexico, Central America or northern South America throughout the Caribbean region. Archaeological sites in Peru yielded evidence of guava cultivation as early as 2500 BC.
Guava seeds need soaked clean water (room temperature, 20-26 C) for 4 hours. Then immediately seeded in place of shady. When the seeds begin to germinate, transfer to a bright place, next planted and cared for. Seed shoots out 15 - 25 days, first harvest Guava start 1,5 - 3 years.
Tropical Pink Guava Trees are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant.
