Ethiopia Hamasho Village, Gara Sole Washing Station - 150GM
Grown in the famed Hamasho village and processed at Gara Sole Washing Station, this coffee is one that Faysel Abdosh, the founder of Testi Coffee, is most proud of. And you’ll taste why. Carefully cultivated by over 400 smallholder farmers in the Bensa area of Sidama, this lot undergoes a meticulous natural process where red cherries are hand-selected and slow-dried on raised beds built along the hillside. With clean water from the Arata River and the cooler high-elevation climate, the coffee develops a dense, sweet, and expressive profile that’s simply unforgettable. Roaster's Notes: I am amazed that coffees from the same region but different washing station produces a completely different cup. This coffee is predominately more pink and orange in it's flavours whereas Adnan Washing Station is more purple and blue. Don't blindly believe me, I guess you'll have to try both and see ;) Flavour Notes: Peach Gummy, Rose, Cara Cara Orange Coffee Notes: Roast Profile: Light Producer: Faysel Abdosh (Testi Coffee) Region: Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia Process: Natural Varietal: 74110, 74158

Ethiopia Hamasho Village, Adnan Washing Station - 150GM
Nestled in the lush village of Hamasho, the Adnan Washing Station is one of the newest jewels in Ethiopia's Sidama region. Named after the son of Testi Coffee’s founder, Faysel Abdosh, Adnan is more than a name—it’s a statement of legacy, love, and next-generation excellence. This natural-processed lot is grown at a soaring altitude of 2200–2300 m, close to the Gelena River, where the station harmoniously blends with the natural surroundings. During the harvest, you’ll find cheerful songs filling the air as workers sort and dry the coffee cherries, while children play nearby. It's a place full of life—and you can taste that vibrancy in every cup. Roaster's Notes: If you've been following Sunny Days, you know we love a good Ethiopian natural and usually great Ethiopians have an explosive fragrance and this does not disappoint. One of my favourite ethiopian naturals this year. The coffee reminds me of the japanese grape gummies we can get from Donki Flavour Notes: Violet, Grape Gummy, Blueberry Coffee Notes: Roast Profile: Light Producer: Faysel Abdosh (Testi Coffee) Region: Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia Process: Natural Varietal: 74110, 74158
