This sake is brewed exclusively from Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture's Tojo Special A District, using only specially cultivated rice with reduced herbicide and chemical fertilizer use. It is the only product in the Gikyo line to use Association Yeast No. 14, achieving both drinkability and the rice's inherent quality. This product is distributed only in the Tokai region, where the brewery is located, and in Hyogo Prefecture, the rice's production area. This product is a limited edition sake for CSW2026.
