The Ichi Bafun Uni is the most entry level of all Uni. Please consume with wasabi and shoyu + seaweed and rice to enjoy this Uni. This Uni is not enjoyed well on its own, it should be paired with wasabi and shoyu as the creaminess and sweetness is not as good compared to the super premium ones.
