The aroma is refreshingly cool, with sweet notes reminiscent of lemongrass, complemented by juicy hints of pear and slightly ripe melon.
On the palate, a fine, silky effervescence melts gently, carrying the freshness found in the aroma. Elegant layers of delicate sweetness and umami unfold, accompanied by a fleeting, graceful quality. While clean and crisp, it leaves a soft, refined umami finish.
