"Daitōryō" (大糖領) is not a peach variety, but a premium quality grade from the Misaka region of Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan—an area famous for producing some of the best white peaches in the country. "Daitōryō" is a special grading term meaning "Supreme Sweetness Grade", used only for peaches that meet or exceed 13.5° Brix (sugar content)—much higher than average.
Peaches are carefully selected using optical sugar sensors and hand-inspected to ensure perfect size, shape, and sweetness consistency. Known for delicate, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth flesh with intensely sweet and fragrant flavor.
