From Laka Hamana. This is a masterpiece made using high-quality live eel (うなぎ) from Lake Hamana and groundwater from the Fuji Aitaka (富士あい鷹山) mountain range. I have personally tried many ready-to-eat Unagi. I confidently say this is in a league of its own.
Fully thaw and remove packaging after. Steam for 6 minutes. Torch or Broil (optional) before serving.
