Our traditional old-school Cheng Tng which literally means “clear soup” is a healthy bowl of sweet and refreshing dessert which is easy to consume in our hot weather. Each bowl contains 14 plentiful of ingredients from snow fungus, pearl barley, dried longan, large sago, gingko nuts, lotus seeds, red dates, malva nuts, pandan leave, mung beans, rock sugar, sweet potatoes, candied winter melons to dried persimmon. Our signature cheng tng is not only delicious, but each ingredients has a rich nutritional value that is beneficial to one's health. Every bowl is filled with healthy ingredients, tender and love!
