Feature of Iron Goddess are it's relatively lighter roast compare to other oolong tea.
The tea comes from tea Master Mr Chen Liang Gu, who is also representative of Intangibles cultural heritage : tradition making of making of Oolong tea (Tieguanyin) .
鐵觀音的來源於陳兩固鐵觀音大師之手，稱陳兩固先生為大師，因為早在2012年，就獲得安溪鐵觀音製作工藝大師，陳大師已經是第三代在福建安溪感德做鐵觀音，現在他也是省級的
非物質文化遺產，烏龍茶製作技(鐵觀音)的傳承人。
鐵觀音是一個特殊的茶樹樹種，灌木小葉單。以獨特香氣，
工藝變化負責，現在有：
清香型(沒有碳焙火)和
濃香型(經過碳焙火)
