One of the key value of a cup of green tea is the quantity of tea buds, the more tea buds in a cup, the tea will taste clearer and fresher . It is why 1 bud 1 leaf and 1 bud 2-3 leaves are in different price and it tastes differently. Respekt talked to the tea farmers and workers and want to share with you their knowledge.
Wild Mountain is sourced from Wuyuan Xitou Organic Company tea farms, in Jiangxi Province, which was one of the first tea companies in China to be classed as organic; and was awarded certification by EcoCert in 1998 and Fairtrade certification (FLO) in 2005.
