To Warm
Braised Chicken Feet & Sauce
Transfer the chicken feet and sauce to a pot over low to medium heat. Cover and simmer gently until heated through, turning the chicken feet occasionally so they warm evenly and absorb the sauce. Avoid vigorous boiling to prevent the sauce from reducing too quickly.
Alternatively, microwave in a microwave-safe container, covered loosely, in 1-minute intervals until thoroughly heated through.
Serve hot with steamed rice, noodles or your favourite sides, with plenty of the rich braising sauce.
