πŸ”₯ 1. Oven Method (Best Overall – Juicy & Even)

For chilled ribs

Preheat oven to 160–170Β°C.

Place ribs on a tray, meat side up.

Add a splash of water or apple juice to the tray (keeps moisture).

Cover tightly with foil.

Heat for 20–25 minutes.

Uncover, brush more BBQ sauce if you like, and heat another 5 minutes.

For frozen ribs: Thaw first OR heat at 150Β°C for 45–60 min, still covered.

🍳 2. Air Fryer Method (Fast & Caramelized)

Best for small portions.

Set air fryer to 170Β°C.

Wrap ribs loosely in foil (or put directly inside if sauced).

Heat 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

For extra char: open foil and add 2–3 minutes at 190Β°C.
