This is the meal version of the Debal Pies. Served with warm rice, this meaty and spicy curry carries a story. Each family has a version of the dish because Debal means leftovers in Kristang which is a creole language of the Eurasian ancestory. Stacey's Debal has sausages, chicken, potatoes, carrots and roasted pork belly with the rempah. There is customisation if your can't have pork.
