Ayam Buah Keluak curry is a made famous by Peranakans and maybe anyone whose ancestors came out from Malacca! Our recipe has been tweaked for the modern kitchen without the shells of the acquired Buah Keluak. Stacey's Buah Keluak is stewed with pork, chicken, tamarind juice, (Assam) and rempah - one customer described it as the curry sauce that keeps giving. The flavour is damn intense!
