Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription payments due on the anniversary of the subscription commencement date.
- Payments are non-refundable.
Service Quality
- SpartanTV strives to deliver high-quality streaming but may experience occasional downtime.
Content Ownership
- All content remains the property of the respective copyright holders.
User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and utilizing the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their Internet Service Provider (ISP) does not have any Fair Usage Policies that may restrict content streaming or throttle internet speeds.
VPN Requirements
- A valid VPN (Virtual Private Network) subscription is required for access to SpartanTV services.
- Users must configure their VPN to allow access to SpartanTV servers.
- SpartanTV recommends using a reputable VPN provider to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Single User Access Terms
- On single streaming lines (1 user), ensure only one app connection at a time to avoid lagging and buffering issues.
- Multiple app connections may result in service interruptions and are not supported.
Termination
- SpartanTV reserves the right to terminate service in the event of a breach of terms or non-payment.
Entire Agreement
- These terms and conditions constitute the comprehensive agreement between SpartanTV and the user.
Amendments
- SpartanTV reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
