Cubed aged cheddar is hand mixed into our dough that is made up of simple ingredients - bread flour, whole wheat flour for that extra fibre & nutrients, active sourdough culture that contributes to the airy, moist crumbs, water & salt.
A good family sized loaf that weighs approx. 640g (regular size)
