Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SOUND TUNED AUDIO HIRE SERVICES
1. Booking and Reservation
* A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
* Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability.
* Dates will not be reserved without payment confirmation.
### 2. Payment Terms
* A 70% deposit or full payment is required to secure the booking date and must be paid before the event date.
* The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid on or before the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Payments can be made via bank transfer/deposit, and banking details will be provided upon confirmation of booking.
* Proof of payment must be sent via Email or WhatsApp for payment verification.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Cancellations made 3 (three) weeks or more before the event date may qualify for a refund of the reservation deposit, subject to administrative costs.
* Cancellations made within 7 (seven) days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of any deposit or payments made.
* Any cancellation must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or Email.
4. Equipment Setup and Collection
* Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and collection of hired equipment unless otherwise agreed.
* The client must ensure adequate venue access, electricity, and setup time are provided.
* Delays caused by venue access restrictions may result in additional charges.
5. Technical Support and Equipment Usage
* A technical support representative may be available during the event where included in the quotation or package.
* Clients and guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with, repairing, relocating, or modifying equipment.
* Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, theft, liquids, power surges, or unauthorized handling may be charged to the client.
6. Additional Charges
* Any additional hours beyond the agreed rental or event period will be charged at an additional hourly rate.
* Extra services requested outside the agreed quotation may result in additional fees.
7. Liability
* Sound Tuned Audio Hire Services will not be held responsible for interruptions caused by power failures, venue limitations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
* While every effort will be made to ensure quality service delivery, the client acknowledges that unforeseen technical issues may occasionally arise.
