Delhi’s food is a beautiful mix of Mughal history and famous street food. For our first service, we’ve brought those classic flavors—born in royal kitchens but perfected in homes—straight to your table. ❤️ It’s a labor of love, using the right spices and the kind of slow-cooking you just can't rush.
🍱 Inside your Tiffin:
The Samosa: Hand-crafted golden pastry filled with spiced potatoes and peas. Drizzled with vibrant mint and tamarind chutneys, finished with crunchy sev for a perfect texture🤌
Malai Kofta: A Mughal classic and our pride and joy. Melt-in-the-mouth paneer and potato dumplings simmered in a velvety cashew and tomato gravy. Rich, creamy, and delicately spiced ✨️
Jeera Rice: Fragrant Basmati rice cooked with whole bay leaves and cardamom, finished with a tarka of crackling cumin seeds. The perfect earthy companion for the Kofta gravy 🌾
Chickpea Salad: A hearty, refreshing salad of tender chickpeas, carrots, and red onion. Finished with lemon, chaat masala, and fresh coriander for a zesty, bright bite 🥗
Winter Pickle: Our take on a Delhi home favorite. We use British carrots, radishes, and parsnips to recreate that traditional crunch. Tempered with hand-ground spices and mango powder. 🥕
