The idea is to get moving so lets get physical. You can choose to do a run, walk, cycle, swim, hike, anything that gets you moving, in memory of Jacques. All you have to do is buy a pair of socks, do the event and follow our Instagram page @socks.4jacques.
It doesn't have to be anything hectic, a leisurely walk would qualify, something to make Jacques proud.
