Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Please keep the following terms in mind when using your voucher:
- This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- This voucher will only be used for Colour Analysis service only.
- Last-minute booking fees are not included in the voucher and will still apply where applicable.
- The voucher is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by SitiProGlam.
- The voucher must be presented/provided at the time of booking or redemption.
- Any additional charges or upgrades beyond the voucher value will be payable by the voucher holder.
- The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless stated otherwise.
- Unused voucher value is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash or credit.
- If the voucher expires before it is redeemed, it will be considered void and cannot be extended unless otherwise approved.
- Standard booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies still apply to all appointments made using this voucher.
By purchasing or accepting this voucher, the holder agrees to the terms and conditions above.
