Cancellation Policy
• To get a refund within 3 days, you must cancel your booking at least 3 days before the arrival date
• Cancellations received on or after the travel date will not be eligible for a refund (NO REFUND)
Attempt to communicate: Make all reasonable attempts to contact the customer before the travel date.If you cannot be contacted, the appointment will be cancelled immediately.
