On the nose, there are sweet juniper notes, a little lemon zest, hints of soft sweetness and fresh herbs. The palate is very clean with a dry juniper delivery that develops into lemon and other citrus notes that are zesty. A straightforward medium-length finish, it can be savoured neat over ice and would make a fantastic martini.
