A very traditional Japanese Mixed Rice - Japanese short-grain rice cooked with a mixed of protein and meat (chicken, mushroom, carrot, burdock etc) and konbu-stock. This rice can be eaten alone or as a substitute for white rice, making a meal much more wholesome. (in-short, Japanese version kiam peng).
