Dear Gelato Lover,
Here's a little piece from my heart.

I used to make and sell gelato commercially for a living. At the shop, we churned out dozens of tubs of gelato every week. Each flavour I created had to be approved by my boss, and every now and then, he would smile and say, “This is a flavour with personality.”

Once, a well-known food company wrote about us and described our gelato as “balanced, bold, and never overly sweet.” Reading that made me truly happy — because it meant my intention had reached people.

Now, I’m making my own gelato — crafted in small batches and delivered to your doorstep — with the same hope:
to bring you gelato with personality.
