Sourdough everything, all the time.
We are a family homestead and sourdough bakery located in Hesperia, MI. We run primarily off of a pre-order system with pick-up days every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month.
Our sourdough home bakery believes that the key to quality bakery starts with quality ingredients. In our bakery, we put sourdough starter into all of our items. We love the flavor it gives along with the benefits of a long and slow fermentation process.
Some of our other ingredients include organic flours and organic sugars, local products such as Country Dairy dairy products and farm fresh eggs, and home grown produce.
