Chinese Cabbage 大白菜

This is an excellent Japanese variety of loose-leaf cabbage, the signature savoyed leaves are tender and sweet, perfect to to consumed raw in salads, or try them in steamboats or stir fried. They retain their nutrients and beautiful chartreuse color even when cooked.  这是一种极好的日本散叶卷心菜品种，标志性的沙瓦叶又嫩又甜，非常适合生吃沙拉，或者在锅里炒和放火锅里煮。即使煮熟，它们也能保持营养和美丽的黄绿色。
