Xiao Bai Cai 小白菜

Our Xiao Bai Cai is crunchy and delicious when simply stir-fried with oyster sauce and a foray of garlic. To better preserve the natural flavour of the vegetables, lightly blanch and top with oyster sauce and sprinkle fried shallots.  我们的小白菜酥脆可口,只需简单地用蚝油和大蒜炒一下即可。为了更好地保留蔬菜的天然风味,稍微焯一下,淋上蚝油, 然后撒上炸小葱。
