1. For a smooth experiences of your staycation, be alert and ready for any incoming info from us.
2. Standard check-in time is 3 pm until 10 pm and check-out time is 12 noon. Early and delayed check-in or check-out can be arranged subject to availability and additional charges apply.
3. To create a better sleep environment, we replace the towels and make up the bed with freshly laundered linens. Upon your arrival, you’ll have complete peace of mind that the room is clean and ready for your stay.
4. Strictly no smoking, vaping and imitation tobacco in the property!
5. Durian and mangosteen are not allowed on the property.
6. Avoid eating food on the bed and sofa. (Please keep the bedding clean and in case of any stains in our bedding, you have to pay the dry cleaning charges or if it doesn't clean you need to pay the price for the new.)
7. Only light cooking is allowed.
8. Last but not least, please keep the studio environment clean and enjoy your stay with us!
