In order to give our customers quality assured fried chicken sandwiches we choose to only take "pre orders", so we can prep the ingredients one day ahead and in another way we also get to minimise food wastage too🍗

Besides Nashville style juicy fried chicken, the sourdough buns and loaves we use were both baked in house with loads of love and efforts, that goes under a slow fermentation that takes up to a total of 2-3 days, from feeding starters then dough mixing and it goes under a long hours of cold fermentation in the fridge as it develop the flavour🍞
