Pierre Gerbais Grains de Celles Extra Brut - 
*From a Grower Champagne family spanning 9 generations, the ‘Grains de Celles’ is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% of rare Pinot Blanc from a selection of the region's best plots which consists the same Kimmeridgian soils made of marl and limestone that one finds in Chablis and Sancerre. Aged for 3 years before disgorgement, this Champagne is wonderfully fresh and mineral with a creamy texture.*


Murotsu Bay Oysters - 
*Murotsu has a history of 1300 years as a port town. Murotsu Port, which faces Harima Nada in Mitsu-cho, Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, is a fishing port that has prospered since ancient times as a good natural port.The oysters cultivated at the Harima Nada Murotsu fishing ground in the Seto Inland Sea are plump and thick, benefiting from the abundant nutrient-rich water from the Chitose and Ibo rivers that flow through both ends. These oysters are sweet with creamy overtones and a hint of earthiness.*
