Our seafood broth is simmer for hours and rich in nutrients. We use mainly meat & fish bones and seafood to achieve an attractive orange-hued, collagen, umami flavours and texture. To elevate the dish, fried egg floss and crispy rice are added to give a new dimension and fullness of this delicious "Pao Fan".
