Return and Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before requesting a return.
1) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In the original packaging (including boxes, dust bags, and any accessories received)
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags/packaging may be refused.
2) Exchanges Only (No Cash Refunds)
- We currently offer exchanges only.
- We do not provide cash, bank, or card refunds.
- If your return is approved, you may:
- Exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability), or
- Exchange for another item of the same value.
- If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the new item is of lower value, no partial refunds or store credit will be issued.
3) Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
4) How to Request an Exchange

- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the exchange
- The item/size/color you would like in exchange
We will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
5) Condition Check & Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions.
- If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.
- Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, but we aim to handle exchanges as quickly as possible.
- If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you and no exchange will be issued.
6) Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimate apparel (including underwear, lingerie, and similar items)
Any orders containing these items will be considered final sale.
7) Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Please provide photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number.
- After reviewing the issue, we will guide you on the next steps and arrange an exchange where appropriate.
