Duties & Responsibilities – Executive Home Services Provider

Our Executive Home Services Provider service is a complete, worry-free solution for busy households.
Work Schedule:
45 hours per week, with a maximum of 8–9 hours per day.
Includes a 1-hour lunch break daily.
One designated day off per week.
Overtime / Additional Hours: Any work beyond the standard hours, including after office hours, Sundays, or public holidays, will incur an additional fee.
Service Type & Charges:
This service is offered on a monthly subscription basis, providing consistent, professional care for your household.
Exclusive Service: The Executive Home Services Provider is assigned strictly to one household only and cannot provide services at any other home, including relatives or friends of the client.

Core Duties:
General Household Cleaning: Maintain all areas of the home to luxury standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, organizing living spaces, and spot or deep cleaning as needed.
Laundry and Ironing: Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing, linens, and household fabrics. Handle delicate fabrics with care and maintain organized wardrobes and closets.
Basic Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and balanced meals according to household preferences or dietary requirements. Assist with meal planning, grocery organization, and kitchen upkeep.
Childcare and/or Elderly Assistance (if assigned): Provide attentive care for children, including supervision, homework assistance, school pick-ups/drop-offs, and engaging activities. Support elderly family members with daily routines, medication reminders, mobility assistance, or companionship as needed.
School and Errand Support: Safely transport children to and from school. Run errands such as grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, and other household needs while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
Additional Domestic Duties: Perform any other reasonable household tasks as assigned, including managing deliveries, organizing home spaces, maintaining cleanliness in outdoor areas, or assisting with household events and preparations.
Professional Standards: Uphold discretion, reliability, and respect for the household’s privacy. Work with precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipate household needs.
Overtime & Premium Hours Policy: Any tasks requiring work beyond the agreed 45 hours per week or daily 8–9 hour limit, as well as work performed after office hours, on Sundays, or public holidays, will be billed at an additional premium rate.
