How to store:
▫️ Our financiers are best when consumed day of purchase.
▫️ For longer storage, the pastries can be kept in the 0-4C fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 weeks. To consume, thaw at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (if refrigerated) or until softened (if frozen), or reheat at 170C for 6-8 mins.
