The VCS Series Visible Cutoff Safety Box (3- Pole / IP65 + ATEX II 2G Ex db IIB T4 Gb Enclosure) is a pre-assembled safety isolation box designed for low-voltage power isolation and maintenance safety control in industrial plants. It is especially suitable for cement plants, batching plants, mixing systems, crushers, conveyors, pumps, fans, and other heavy-duty equipment where safe power isolation is required before inspection, cleaning, repair, or maintenance. Each VCS box is equipped with a Siemens 3KD series 3-pole switch-disconnector as the main isolation device. Through the transparent viewing window, operators can directly check the switch status without opening the enclosure door, helping maintenance personnel confirm that the downstream equipment has been safely isolated.
