Our Home-Made Red Wine Lees comes in 2 sizes, 500ml and 900ml.

We make our wine lees (also known as red vinasse, 红糟) from scratch with no preservatives added!

Every batch is fermented for more than 40 days- the process is effortful, time consuming and made with love!

红糟 is great for improving blood circulation, strengthening the spleen, replenishing the qi as well as combating fatigue.

Perfect as confinement gifts, for Mom who loves to cook or for loved ones who enjoys dishes with wine lees as the main ingredient.

Stir fry the wine lees with chicken/pork, add in ginger and sesame oil, seasoning to taste and voila it’s a one amazing dish!

Store in fridge (once opened) or in a cool dark area (if unopened).

Best consumed within 6 months.
