• The kitchen journey begins with the Pisang Goreng Class followed by breakfast of traditional cakes and local treats during our menu-planning briefing over Balinese Specialty coffee or our Iced tea.
The Seafood Culinary Concept Rather than a static menu, we collaborate during breakfast to tailor your cooking plan to the seasonal catch and your personal preferences. Depending on what the sea provides, you will master artisan preparation and varied cooking methods for premium local treasures, which may include a vast daily rotation of reef fish, pelagic catches, coastal cephalopods, or seasonal crustaceans. You will also master foundational pillars, including hand-pounding fresh aromatics using traditional mortar and pestle setups and creating authentic, multi-ingredient Base Gede spice paste.
The Prep Station Masterclass Step up to your individual prep station for a fully hands-on culinary lesson, learning to adapt techniques to suit different varieties of fresh seafood.
The Seafood Feast & Dessert Sit down at 1:00 PM to enjoy your culinary creations, followed by a sweet finish featuring either our signature Pisang Goreng (Balinese fried banana) or delicate Pandan Pancakes accompanied by refreshing Coconut beverages. Widya will capture high-quality, professional photos and videos of your experience throughout the day.
