"Munich veal sausage: the world-famous Oktoberfest delicacy. Made according to a classic recipe. Cooking instructions: Defrost the sausage, then soak in 175 F (80°) hot water for 20 minutes. Be careful, the water must never boil, otherwise the sausage will burst and lose its flavor. Weisswurst is traditionally eaten in Bavaria with sweet and spicy mustard and pretzels (both available in the store).

Instrucciones de cocción: descongelar la salchicha, luego sumergirla en agua caliente a 80°C durante 20 minutos.
