1. List of items will be added every weekend, and close on following Thursday.
2. All measurements displayed are in CM unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Lead Time
7. Lead time arrival to SG between 3 to 6 weeks after order closed.
8. Payment for courier (Flat at $5) will be collected separately when items arrived. (Courier is FREE at the time being till further notice)
9. Self collection ($1 handling fee) are available at Tampines/ Yishun. (Waived till further notice)
10. Orders can be accumulated for maximum of 4 group buys and consolidated to 1 delivery per customer.

Consolidating Group buys if you like to share courier fee
11. We do not consolidate on your behalf please only have 1 person order and items delivered to 1 address.
