Matcha

Japanese green tea powder. Can be served warm or cold.

1/4 to 1/2 tsp – 1 serving
1 tin – 45( 1/4 tsp) - 90 (1/2 tsp) servings

Instructions:
Sift desired amount of matcha into a small bowl/mug.
Then, pour in a small amount of hot water (80 degrees water), and whisk vigorously from side to side.
Finally, top it off with more hot water or steamed milk.
Sweeten to taste.

NB!
Do not use boiling water for matcha as it will enhance the tannins and become bitter quickly
If you do not have matcha whisk, you may use regular whisk
